The very same law that is now on it’s way to being revised in the constitutional court in portugal was being misused in Denmark. (some background in portuguese)
It was a huge scandal there, apparently. They called it “teleskandale”. (you can look up news here: https://www.berlingske.dk/search?query=teleskandale)
This might be an excellent example of misuse of data and we can use it to illustrate how laws are abused by the police, even in a country where the police is seen with very good eyes (particularly by the media)
